This applies to all design services—Full-Service, Custom, and E-Design. This fee is the minimum charge for any design project. The remaining balance will be due when you reach the front of the queue, and the deposit will be fully credited toward your total design cost.

Refund Requests Prior to Initial Scheduled Meeting: Refunds may be issued only if a written request is received at least 24 hours before your initial scheduled meeting. Please submit your request via email within this period. Upon approval, the full amount of your payment will be refunded.

Refund Requests After Work Has Commenced: If you request a refund after the commencement of the design process, we will issue a partial refund based on the hours worked at a rate of $50 per hour. The remaining balance will be refunded accordingly.

No Refunds Once Work Has Been Delivered: After the design process has been initiated and work is either in progress or completed, no further refunds will be provided.
